TICKETS:
- You may purchase tickets for public shows at the theater’s box office on the day of the show only, if they are available. Our   box office opens when the doors open on the day of the show. Payment for tickets at the theater box office is cash only. Phone   orders are not accepted through our box office.

- You may also purchase tickets for Riviera shows at The Vic Theater’s box office, which is located at 3145 N Sheffield,   773.472.0449.  The Vic Theater’s box office is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays   from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Accepted payment for tickets The Vic Theater’s box office is cash only.  Phone orders are not   accepted through the Vic Theater’s box office.

SERVICES:
- There is an atm inside the theater.
- Restrooms are located in the basement.
- There is a handicapped-accessible restroom in the main floor lobby.
- The theater is entirely non-smoking.
- Beverages are available for purchase – cash only.
- There is no food available for purchase, and you may not bring food into the theater.
- There are three public parking lots within 3 blocks of the theater and limited street parking

Public transportation:
- The CTA Red Line, and the #36 Broadway and #81 Lawrence buses (CTA Trip Planner).

SEATING:
- There are fixed theater seats in our balcony.
- For most public shows, the main floor is standing only.
- There is an area set aside on the main floor for those with disabilities.

MISCELLANEOUS:
- For age-restricted shows (18 & over, 21 & over), a valid is required for entry.
- There is no re-entry into the theater once you have exited.
- For most public shows, recording devices including cameras, video recorders and audio recording devices may not be brought   into the venue.
