Patrick Droney is a Brooklyn-based artist/songwriter/producer/guitarist who is set to
release his third full-length album via Warner Records later this year. A bona fide
prodigy by any standard, Droney was honored with the Robert Johnson Blues
Foundation’s New Generation Award at age 12, and soon found himself playing
next to heroes like B.B. King and James Brown. After years spent honing his
songwriting craft in Los Angeles and Nashville, he released his debut album State
of the Heart in May 2021, followed by his sophomore collection Subtitles for
Feelings in 2023.
With streams now in the hundreds of millions, Droney writes songs that offer striking snapshots of the human condition, rooted in Nashville’s rich narrative tradition while bridging pop, rock, and alternative genres. He has toured extensively over the last several years with sold-out shows across the U.S. and the UK.
He performed at Super Bowl LVII, claims alumni status at Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and has shared stages with The Eagles, Sheryl Crow, The Vamps, and more.
