Ravyn Lenae looks at the road ahead on her sophomore album, Bird’s Eye, the follow-up to her 2022 debut, Hypnos, which earned her acclaim from fans and critics alike. Due out on August 9 via Atlantic Records, Bird’s Eye is heralded by a duo of new songs, (“Love Me Not” and “Love Is Blind”) and a stunning cover story of the May issue of The FADER.

Executive produced by GRAMMY winner Dahi, Bird’s Eye now finds the Chicago-bred singer-songwriter nestled within her memories of home, and freely intertwining her vocals with lush pop, indie, reggae, jazz and rock-oriented productions, while sounding more confident and at ease than ever.

Lenae arrived on the scene during the latter half of 2010s with a trio of EPs which touched on styles ranging from house to synth-funk, with 2018’s EP Crush and its lead single “Sticky” making the biggest splash. HYPNOS, her critically acclaimed debut full-length, was released in 2022 via Atlantic Records, with Steve Lacy, Monte Booker, and Kaytranada among its producers.
