FAQs
I'm a ticket club member! What shows can I see for free?
The ticket club will offer access to events across the Jam Productions catalog on a first come, first served basis. There will be weekly emails detailing offers coming up, and special offers the week of shows/ night of shows.
How many people can I bring to a show with my membership?
There is a limit of two complimentary tickets per event. Complimentary tickets will be non-transferable from the member's AXS account, so make sure that you and your guest arrive at the venue together.
Can I become a member without using AXS?
No. Complimentary tickets will only be distributed through your AXS fan account, and admittance to our venues requires a smartphone with the AXS app installed.
Can I purchase a ticket club membership for someone else?
You can. Contact the membership administrator when you receive your welcome email, and they will guide you through the process of transferring membership.
When do my benefits begin and end?
Your benefits begin the Friday of the week you join the Ticket Club and continue until the end of the calendar year.
Will I be able to renew my ticket club membership?
Active members will get first access to 2025 memberships before they go on-sale to the public, so anyone who joined for our first year will have a chance to continue with the program as it grows.
I bought a membership. How do I collect my benefits?
Check your email for your welcome letter and consider adding ticketclub@jamusa.com to your starred accounts so that our offers are always clearly visible in your inbox. New member welcome emails are sent out Friday of each week, and new show offers for members are sent out each Monday.
How do platinum members purchase tickets with reduced fees?
Platinum members should reach out to the membership administrator with the shows they would like to purchase tickets for.
