FAQs
I'm a ticket club member! What shows can I see for free?
The ticket club will offer access to events across the Jam Productions catalog on a first come, first served basis. There will be weekly emails detailing offers coming up, and special offers the week of shows/ night of shows.
How many people can I bring to a show with my membership?
There is a limit of two complimentary tickets per event. Complimentary tickets will be non-transferable from the member's AXS account, so make sure that you and your guest arrive at the venue together.
Can I become a member without using AXS?
No. Complimentary tickets will only be distributed through your AXS fan account, and admittance to our venues requires a smartphone with the AXS app installed.
Can I purchase a ticket club membership for someone else as a gift?
As long as you have the required information, you can purchase the club member benefits for anyone. If the person you are buying for already has an AXS account, make sure you are using the email they use for that account to sign them up for benefits.
When do my benefits begin and end?
Our first ticket club is discounted because it only covers half a year, with benefits covering from mid-May to the end of the calendar year. Going forward, sale of memberships will begin in November, and benefits will apply from Jan 1st-December 31st.
Will I be able to renew my ticket club membership?
Active members will get first access to 2025 memberships before they go on-sale to the public, so anyone who joined for our first year will have a chance to continue with the program as it grows.
I bought a membership. How do I collect my benefits?
Check your email for your welcome letter and consider adding ticketclub@jamusa.com to your starred accounts so that our offers are always clearly visible in your inbox.
How do platinum members purchase tickets with reduced fees?
Platinum members should buy all ticket offers through their AXS fan account; fee reductions will be automatically applied.
